As far as I know, it won't fit. You wouold have to find one exactly for a TrailBlazer to match it perfectly.
Case in point, my last vehicle was a 1998 Blazer LT. My mirrors vibrated like crazy to the point where if you were on rough roads, you couldn't see out of them. It was really ridiculous. The dealership said that even the newer 99 had a different shape mirror & turns out, different mounting holes that wouldn't work on a 98.
Now I don't know if they were just being lazy about my problem or if they in fact were telling me the truth, but just to play it safe & to save you money & a possible headache.....just buy a direct replacement for your specific year.
