Re: New to the Chevy family...

sweet, getting ideas already I don't think I'm gonna go with the lowered look, i've always said if I got a truck I'd lift it and all. however, my girlfriend is not really for messing with the suspension. So I'm thinking of atleast getting a little beefer tire just to raise it a bit. I went to the Ranch Hand website yesterday and saw their grill guard and i love it. So I'm gonna take a picture of it to my gf's uncle who does metal work and hopefully he can fab one up for me just like it. As far as the exhaust goes, I want something beeifer of course, but it needs to sound good with the V6, make it sounder meaner. I don't care if the sound in the cab is loud (i had a loud friggin exhaust on the Civic, i dealt with it ) I know flowmaster's are good, but i read that like magnaflow and other such one's are better, true? lastly, when i do this should i redo all the piping or would i be alright just replacing the muffler?
