90 prelude si sometimes doesnt want to start

I have a 90 prelude si with about 110k miles on it. sometimes if i have been driving and turn the engine off and try to start it a few minutes later (like when i get gas or run into a store real quick) it doesnt want to start. It will turn over fine but wont start. The problem isn't electrical so I'm thinking it has somnething to do with the fuel. I have taken it to the mechanic and they don't know what the problem is. I was wondering if replacing the fuel filter or injector would fix this problem. Could it have something to do with the spark plugs or wires?
