Well, a common figure is between $300-$500 for the pair, depending on the condition. You can sometimes find them cheaper on ebay, but since there kind of in demand then you have the upper hand on the buyer.
Most aftermarket seats will fit in the sol, like Sparco's, Recardo's, etc. even Honda s2000's. I have Sparco Torino's and they are my favorite mod that I have done. Since the sol's factory seats are a bucket design, then expect the height to be raised when you put in aftermarket seats.
