I cannot let Rose get away with this! (the stepmom) She killed my son and she has been physically abusive to my girlfriend for months now. My girlfriend has come over with bite marks on her and cuts from clothes hangers and everything. Now it is time I do something about this.

I am 18 and she is almost 18 so we are both moving out together soon, thats when I am going to sue Rose. Do you guys think I have a case? What should I do and who should I contact about sueing her ass? Anything anyone can tell me to help would be awesome. This isn't just about the money, I want her in jail and I want her to pay for fucking killing my son.

How many times has Rose physically abused your girlfriend, and how many times have the police been called? The number should be the same. You'll need some documentation of what happened, and the hospital should be taking pictures each time your girlfriend goes in there for treatment. She IS going in for treatment for all the bites, etc isn't she? If she isn't, she should be. Were there any witnesses when she was kneed in the stomach and the baby was killed? If so, they should talk to the police also. After talking to the police your girlfriend might need to be talking to the prosecuting attorney.
