You can't judge anything by spinning the wheel, since its designed to be floating on 20-80 psi of oil pressure
So many poeple like how the BB turbos spin for 10 minutes when you give it a twist. Put 80 psi of oil pressure on a regular turbo and see what it does. At any rate, I wouldn't be concerned at all.
