alright two things. i understand wut u'r saying about the idle. yes it's bad to idle a car for extended periods of time. however i think u'r moisture point falls short in this instance. at -30 there is no moisture in the air. water freezes at 32F.

yes there is oil in the filter before start up, but there isn't any pressure yet so how do u not spin bearings?

where is the first place oil goes after it gets pushed out of the oil pump?

next thing, u'r prolly gonna get crap about the W in 5W30. i tried explaining it before and no one wanted to believe me at first.
