Seriously, if you already formed an opinion before posting then why even bother asking for other people's advice?
If you re-read the above posts you will see the answer is "NO, they do not work". Curtis already stated that it is highly unlikely that it will even work at idle and provided his reasoning. Now given that it probably does not work at idle the trend probably indicates that it does not work at WOT either.
However, if you believe it works then you should buy it and tell
us about it.
