Trying to find out if my 99 EB has this or not. Parts guy says yes. Should be under the glove box. I dont see it. Hastings Filters says the 1997-on has them. 1998-on Navigator has them. I dont think mine has one. The drawing from Hastings doesnt match up. thanks
