NOT, Remote start (engine)? OK. now, after you replace the batteries in the keyless remote, to resynchronize the transmitter by pressing and holding the LOCK & UNLOCK buttons for eight seconds in range of the vehicle. Once the transmitter is resynchronized, the horn will chirp and the exterior lamps will flash once.  |
Thanks for everyone's assistance. The problem is FIXED. There is a fuse under the passenger's seat that controls the radio and steering wheel controls--go figure. Nothing I could find in the owner's manual about this. It was just a coincidence that the fuse blew shortly after I programmed the keyless remote.
