Clutch hydrolic problem...

Hiya... Ok, Iv got an AE86 that I just got, and the hydrolic system seems to be the only problem on it... But ok... The clutch pedal has absolutaly no resistance besides the return spring. No matter how many times I pump it, I can pump and pump and it doesent get any stiffer. So I checked out the slave cylinder, and its depressed by the clutch fork thing.... that the piston of the slave cylinder pushes out to use the clutch, So then I tried moving this manualy, but It will not move at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be???? (Oh, and there are no leaks.)
