remove the inside door handle
the handle you pull on to close the door is not solid the front of it is a cover behind it are two screws
afte rthose have been removed you should be ablee to pull the door panel off start at one of the bottom corners its going to be a bit tough to take it off jus pull ahrd it will pop out
