Yes but the only difference between 5w-30 and 10w-30 is that the viscosity is 5 vs 10 whne the oil is cold. Once the oil warms up (motor warms up) the viscosity is the same between the two oils. 5w-30 oil will not hurt a GSR
Actually in my manual it says 5w-30 is perfered.
