ok if you have 185/60r-15s that means that your width of tire is the 185, the 60 is the sidwall and the 15 is the rim size. i dont know the exact ratio but side wall is a percentage of the tire width meaning you might not be able to stick 205 on a 185 rim (i belive 185 is about 6-6 1/2 inches wide while 205 is 7in) so to answer you question if you want a wider tire try to sgueeze a 205 on there but if you want a shorter sidwall most people go with a 50 series tire. If any of this is wrong feel free to correct me cause im happy to learn more
