Re: Removing bose system completely

The headunit is REALLY easy to uninstall by your self.
1- Unbolt the plastic piece below the steering wheel (there should be 2 philips screws and 2 7mm [I think they are 7mm] screws.
2- Now unbolt the 2 screws holding the plastic trim over the radio
3- Open the glove compartment and unbolt the other 2 screws holding the the plastic trim
4- Now just unbolt the radio (mine only had 2 screws) and pull the radio out
5- Wire your new radio in and put back together in the reverse order

Being my first radio install it took me about 3hrs to install and put the car back to gether (I also didn't have the radio manual to help with the wire colors).

As for speakers it looks like you just pull the plastic cover right off. I haven't tried to replace those yet but I will this weekend. Hope this helps, if not just post again.
