An 18 year old with, Speeding, Aggressive Driving, and Wreckless Driving is gonna pay up the ass for insurance. Good luck in court with the lawyer. It may not be so bad since you are a first time offender. When you go to court, dress up (not jeans and t-shirt) and be on your best behavior. You know, address the judge as "Your Honor" and be proper and all of that stuff. You're in a bad way, so formalities can only help the judge to see you're a nice guy and this was all a terrible mix-up.
