so there you go, you just answered your own question. your ecu is unable to conpensate for the lean A/F mixture at full throttle, therefore you get CEL code 43. you need to re-progs your ecu look-up table. that means the values need to be changed to higher numbers until you get rich running condition on full throttle. moding your shit takes a lot of trial and error until you get it right.
