As noted in yesterdays' threads, get a 1/2" square drive breaker bar and insert it into the tensioner pulley. Crank on the bar to loosen the belt so that you can remove the alternator pulley from the belt loop.
The tensioner pulley/wheel assembly is directly under the alternator. It only requires a 1/4 turn or less counter-clockwise to release tension on the belt.
