I spoke with a mechanic yesterday and mentioned some times the terminal bolt (positive side) can get tighten too much causing it to pull the metal female end enough out of the plastic casing of the battery to eventually, over time, corride and come out of the battery.

So I've gone back and made sure it was snug not super tight.

On the issue of the panic alert and windows, I will check all the fuses and make sure they are not blown.
