High output alternator

I would like to add a deep cycle battery and high output alternator to my truck to power my inverter. The stock alternator is rated at 100 amps. I would like to install a 200 amp or better alternator. Has anyone here done this, and can they recommend a brand of alternator that is compatible. 2002 blazer 4.3 Vin W.

Also any cautions or things to look out for.

I plan on running double 1/0 AWG with fuse from the existing battery through the frame rails to the rear cargo area. 100 amp/hour battery securely mounted in the rear with an isolator and 1000 watt inverter. I would also like to put in a battery switch to bypass the isolator in case I want to use both batteries in parallel.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
