Your engine is the set up the same as mine. With my CAI, I had to remove the battery cover and lower plastic tray to make the pipe fit. I also had to turn the battery a little. Of course, all this could be solved by getting a smaller battery as the one I have is stock. The piping is big, so th most difference is mid-high end. I like it a lot because my car kind of has a sleeper style to it. So when I drive around, not a lot is heard until I really get on it. My CAI doesn't have the hollow sound that most engine located, thin pipe intake systems do. I love it though. Living in WA., since t's cold most of the time, the pipes are really cold to the touch if you pop the hood after running around. Felt a difference; well that's kinda hard to say for just the CAI as my cousin and I installed EVERYTHING (except cams) from engine mods to suspension in one day. I can tell you my car was totally transformed though....and yes it was substantially faster.
