I actually ran mine down underneath the car in parallel with the fuel lines. Theres two holes you can bring it up through if you do this. Theres one underneath the bench seat in the back where you just have to remove a plug (i did this), and there is another on the passenger side of the trunk floor which youll probably have to drill the insulation out. Either will work.
