I think that this colour is a Honda colour as you say, but I think it is called Monte Carlo Blue Pearl, at least that's what it's called on Gran Turismo.
Just checked on the Sikkens Mixit online site

The code is HON9036. Go to the above site, click on formula retrieval, type honda in the make and montecarlo blue in the colour description, leave the product as autobase, then click search. This should bring up the colour code above, click on it and it will give you all the colour mixing info that a paint supplier would need to mix this colour, that's if you want to go to that length to get exactly that colour.
P.S. I don't think Raybrig blue is a pearl/metallic colour.
