dont worry ken, the swap is really ez..espeically the back..the front you might have to struggle a little bit but it's nothing technical...as for spring compressors, I took off and installed the teins without using them hehehe...i guess if you can bench 500lbs like me....
JK, i had 2 people push down the springs and i did the dangerous work of screwing on the top nut...
anyway, if you are pretty good with tools, it'll take you few hours to install them, not too bad
