Junk,I woudnt waste my money on them.It is just a resistor for the IAT that make's the PCM think you are getting colder air thru the intake.Id just look into a reprogramed PCM from either Intense or DHP.There is also going to be another company that is going to do some test's on a coupple of GTPs this weekend on there Mustang Dyno.He is talking about 50 buck's to reprogram the PCM and claims to have very fast turn around.

One last thing.. I have heard that the 3.4" pulley requires a larger tensioner pulley, but others have said it does not. Anyone have experience with this first hand?

If you feel that you are having belt slip then you may want the oversized pulley,but most dont seem to have any problems if the belt is in good shape.Ive got the Gatorback belt and it's 66.0 inch long and stock is 66.3 inchs long.No problem here.
