well new pump and filter, no fuel pressure. Disconnected fuel line on tank side of filter to see how much fuel it pushed out when key is turned to on position. Well about 2 oz of gas came out in drops after the pump quit whining. I have taken it back and exchanged for another from "twilight zone" will try it out again in a few days.
