This happend to me too The dealership wanted to charge me 1000.00 to fix my door { it would open but wouldn`t close }
This upset me so bad ..They told me it was the ECU going out thats a "computer part" . well my husband called a junk yard and found the part for my sliding door It was a ECU but a different type well anyway it cost 200.00 not 1000.00 from a dealership and the part reporgrams its self back .
you have to follow the steps from your manual for it to restart its memory.
The door works better than before . I`m so happy
