I have a 2000 Rodeo 3.2 auto trans 64k miles and have a weird metallic vibrating noise coming from the transmission when driving around 3300 rpm.

I have checked underneath the vehicle and removed the heatshield and couldn't find anything wrong.

Any help would be appreciated
