Aaaaaaaaaaargh! NO NO NO! Don't do it! It's a scam!:22yikes:

Do not sell your car to ANYONE overseas who you don't know personally. My best friend just lost about $4,000.00 from a scam like this not 6 months ago. The "shipper" that the author of this scam refers to is likely non-existent. Cancel any checks or credit card payments that have been made to them right now!

The problem is that when they make off with whatever money you've given them, you often have little legal recourse since you're doing business beyond national borders. If you've given him any money so far and it was on credit card, call your bank, there may be something they can do about it, but don't count on it.

Do not respond to this guy until you've spoken to the authorities about this or have sought legal advice from an attorney or someone who specializes in this type of busniess. Chances are, if this is a real scam, they'll recognize it right away and report it to the proper authorities in the his home country.
