I've had the same problem with my Sunfire before, though the temperature is rarely as low as -25 where I am. The Lock De-Icer stuff never seemed to work really well. If the lock freezes I just pour a lot of hot water on it, (then open the door before the water I poured on can freeze!). I can't always get my hands on hot water, but it seems to work whenever I do.

Have you tried using a bigger hammer yet? That always works for me...
