Dunno whether your talking about 5 speed manual or automatic, but the 99 Honda Civic EX 5-speed can do 0-60 mph at around 8.8 seconds. The newer preludes have about 195 hp and 156 tq-ft and they do 0-60mph in 7.4 sec. They weigh about 200 + more lbs than the 92 Prelude. I would guess that the 92 Prelude would equal if not better the Civic EX. I doubt that the 92 Prelude would do 0-60 in 10 sec. My 2000 Toyota I4 Camry, which weighs well over 3000 lbs and is automatic does 10 sec 0-60. I ballpark the prelude to do it in mid 8 secs. goto
