I also like to keep my money in america too. You dont see that many people in other countries buying vehicles from us. I have heard different stories on how an american or import will last longer. I think you get what you pay for. It also depends on how well you maintain a vehicle. You can keep any vehicle for a very long time if you take care of it. I had an 89 camaro with 230,000 miles on it with the original motor. It ran fine and i finally sold it when i got to college. Now i have a 2000 s-10 with 86000 miles on it and its a peice of shit because i take it through the mud...
