i know this is kinda dumb but i want a different stereo in my 02 frontier and dont know how to get the old one out. i cant get the dash panels off to get to it. also how do u get the shifter knob off? ive tried twisting it ccw and it wont twist and i cant find any set screws either? any tips would help
