I'm not sure I understand what he wants to sell you. The months and miles of the GMPP usually include the manufacturers warranty. The 6yr, 92k mile warranty on my 2005 started on my day of purchase and stops in 2011 or when the odo says 92k. It does not start when the factory warranty is over.
