You can probably blame me!! (joke) I work at the Toyota plant where we build the Corollas and Vibes. We also use to build the VOLTZ. For the trhottle cable, is it the u-type hangers/clips/holders that's holding it in place? You can just bend it more to hold it in place. That will not affect the cable inside because it has a metal coil lining inside. Sometimes those hangers tend to bend out after prolonged heat exposure. For you brake lines I am going to have to check that up for you. But from what I see at work, Sometimes they do tend to be too close to the fenderwell. Try and pull it out but not too much. When you pull it or try to bend it to further it away from the wall, make sure the lines are not starting to kink.
Try and pull it outward from the fenderwell. There is a little black rubber plug where it coming out of right? pull it right at that bend.
