Does anybody know if the limited slip actually works.
I have a 2001 X with LSD. I have done alot of wheeling in the snow lately. When I lose traction in the rear, I look out to see if the power is tranfered from the slipping wheel to the other side. I have yet to see this happen. Usually one wheel is still while the other spins out. This doesn't seem right to me. I know limited slip is not like exactly like lockers, but Shouldn't there be some power transfered from the slipping wheel? I am begining to wonder if my truck is really equipped with LSD.
