The only thing that could be leaking that is yellow in color is the de-icer type of windshield washer fluid. Perhaps a hose is cracked going to the washer reservoir on the drivers side above the battery. They did use the Dex-Cool antifreeze on 1995 Regals but it is orange in color, not yellow.
