UPDATES:

Sandblasted it today. Paint came off in about 2 minutes because it was so small. With all the paint removed you could see all the horrible mould lines. I sanded those all off in abou two hours time, as well as reshape the hood. Next I sanded the entire body with 320. Washed it with soap, then went to putty. Later I'll sand the putty.
