Make sure theres not a piece of carpet under them, or other trash. My wife said the same thing, and I pulled out a wadded up floor mat, and it works fine. The switches to these are in the door, and you may have broken one. Check continuity from door switch to actual moter under seat, if open, trace it and find break. these moters run normally ground, and when you activate a switch to move the seat, it reverses polarity, so be careful!
