Last Christmas I hade a lead similar to yours but it was leaking on both sides and I found my carpet was saturated with water after a big rain. Let me tell you it was a huge bitch to find the lead but I did. I tore out the entire carpet and interior and got my dad to pour water over the truck when I was in it. The leak turned out to be comming from the kickpanels similar to your problem. The water was getting in the truck through a woren down seal where the side of the kick was meeting the start of the firewall, if that makes any sense. I hope this help you.
