generally the blown headgasket on those d15 motors is the result of overheating. and when you replaced the ehadgasket did you macine the head?
can you tell if there is any coolant circulating in the system. ie. the overflow is filling/emptying.
its hard to tell you for sure what out further details. fill me in more and i will try to help more.
