x3... i have never heard a single complaint about alpine HUs (aside from complaints that they take a while to set up all the functions and set EQs just right etc.)

also, i knwo that a lot of people love the bass engine function on alpine HUs and im betting that youll have more bass control than the kenwood would offer you (but this is just a guess)

and 3rd, you know for a fact that the alpine is XM ready and will accept your roady2
