I'd like to get under that cowling to check it out, because I know that's where the water is coming from, but I still can't figure out how to get those wiper arms off. I don't see any tabs underneath, am I stupid, blind or both? I know there is supposed to be a special tool (#8399 ??)but I went to a dealer and they don't even stock it. They said to go to Napa or a Snap on or Mac tool man.
