Mine just has a plastic cap over a nut. You can remove the plastic cap just by pulling in the right direction, once off unscrew the nut.

BTW. Kalamar: please refrain from so much cussing, do we really need that. Also, most of us on hear are either to help or ask questions so keep your oppinion of the truck to yourself because mine has more then given me my money's worth.
