Before I get to that what did you mean by this statement "it should have been putting out 1 psi"????

You need to remove the lines running to the BCS, but leave the electrical harness plugged in. The side of the MBC with the ball should be run to a T in the line coming off the BOV. The other side should be run to the WG actuator. Then all you have to do is set the MBC. Everyone recommends to start with the MBC backed our all the way and make a pull. Then stop, pop the hood and screw it in all little....repeat. Also, if you are using the stock BOV you may want to consider upgrading, it leaks. Enjoy.

Ive got a 1g bov on 2.5 in. uicp (oh and i have done my homework i probalbly know alot more than you think i have been studying these things for more than a year i can do a 6bolt swap or rebuild a turbo with my eyes closed (boostedspyder)) I had it backed out 3 turns that eliminates the lag and is suppost to register 1 psi. and do i keep the t to the wga and turbo hooked up or break that and run the line straigh to the wga. i have tryed all these ways and they are not working but i can try again thanks for your help man
