I have had a similar problem that I fixed with putting the water remover in the gas tank. However after doing this several times after about 6 months the fuel pump did finally go. And at that point there was no pressure in the fuel rail.
I ended up ordering mine thru fosters automotive for 45. + 10 ship. If it gets to that.
But try the water remover first. I also used the injector cleaner so not sure which one worked. Can pickup both at the dollar stores name brand. :-)
