. A good suspension will a great idea for your car, just don't go with the cheap brands because they will only cause you problems.
I think the H22a would be out of the question. It would pretty much eat up the $5,000 he has to spend on performance, just getting the motor in. He probably wouldn't even have $ left over to ad bolt-ons to it. But it is one hell of a good swap in general.
