Think of it this way, lets say a manual puts 170 WHP while the exact same car with an auto might put 165WHP, say the supercharger adds 40HP, expect the manual to make 210WHP while the auto will make 205WHP. But then with a auto, your shifts are faster and you build boost while changing gears, where as with a manual you lose boost everytime you change gears.
