try pulling the fuel pump relay from the fuse block under the hood on the drivers side and bend the pins back about a 1/8th of a inch and reinstall it(making sure the pins still align with there respective holes) and push it down flat again. This makes the pins touch inside the fuse block and it sends 12 volts to the fuel pump and it runs until it builds 55 to 65 p.s.i.. You should hear the pump run when you turn the key to run.
