Those max outputs are with proper set ups and a well tuned car. I have a TD06H 20g on my RST and I am at 353whp at 18psi. It all depends on what you have supporting it! Now those numbers might also be Crank HP, not positive, but if you were looking for some good power out of a 16g, I would go with the Evo III 16g.
